· To input shipment final container information and shipment data into Next Gen timely and accurately · To submit SI to carrier / co-loader for each MBL timely and accurately · To submit relevant in advance manifest to carrier/ overseas customs if applicable. · To prepare HBL to shipper as per Seafreight Front Office / clients / overseas instructed. · To support e-Docs uploading issue as per Seafreight Front Office / clients / overseas instructed. · To deliver tax invoice and BL to client as per request. · To post invoice of self-handle FCL clients to finance team · To compliance with IRIS rules for BO party · To deliver original MBL to required countries as per Seafreight Front Office/ overseas i instructed · Ad hoc task assigned by line manager.

· 1-2 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of freight industry and processes. · Familiar with and well able to work within the export process · Familiar with and able to work with the company's quality and environmental policies · Good knowledge of computer system, both exports and invoicing · Knowledge of Customs tariff · Good communication skills · Able to manage own working time effectively · Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them! · Local language and English

• Help to deal with supplier and customer and internal queries, responsible for customer contacts, follow up customer contacts per telephone / email or visits if needs. • Coordinate internally and externally to solve unexpected accidents and complaints. • Ensure data integrity(PO management) and work in accordance with KPI, regular work with calculations of revenue and clear WIP. • Good team work spirit in internal work process • Contribute to development of team • Monitor the whole process of operation for cargo moving on time, keep good relationship with internal and external customers.

Garantir la qualité du service rendu au client externe et interne dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur, des processus d'exploitation et des objectifs de qualité, de productivité, de rentabilité, et de santé sécurité, tout en s'assurant de la mobilisation des équipes. Définir (en lien avec son management) les objectifs de ses équipes et l'ensemble des moyens (financiers, humains, techniques) nécessaires à leur atteinte, notamment participer, le cas échéant, à l'élaboration du budget de son domaine. Piloter l'adéquation des moyens humains et matériels aux besoins de l'activité en anticipant les plannings matériels et collaborateurs (anticipation du recours à l'intérim, de la gestion des congés…). Animer, mobiliser et motiver les équipes. Fixer les objectifs individuels, réaliser les EAP. S'assurer du développement des compétences des équipes (feedback, coaching, conseils de formation…) et s'assurer de la continuité de l'activité (identification de backups…). Etre garant du respect des réglementations en vigueur, notamment sociale (temps de travail, droit disciplinaire…) ou liées aux engagements pris vis-à-vis de la sous-traitance (transport, nettoyage, gestion des déchets…). Analyser et optimiser l'ensemble des indicateurs de son activité (qualité, productivité, rentabilité et santé sécurité), en assurer le reporting auprès de son management. Si besoin, apporter son expertise dans le cadre des projets de la LoB et du Groupe. Piloter et être garant du prix de revient de son périmètre et de son amélioration permanente, en prenant en considération l'intérêt économique et qualitatif du Réseau. Elaborer le plan de transport, dans le respect des offres de l'agence, et proposer son évolution régulière au CRPT (Coordinateur Régional des Plans de Transport). Garantir l'évolution du plan de tournée afin d'optimiser la productivité et les coûts sur son périmètre, dans le respect des offres. Garantir le bon déroulement des opérations de manutention et des opérations administratives dans le respect des objectifs de qualité et des référentiels de productivité. Participer en lien avec son responsable à la définition de la stratégie de ressources globale (sous-traitance vs.en propre) et la gestion de la sous-traitance (appels d'offres, choix des sous-traitants, suivi réglementaire…) Garantir la bonne application de l'ensemble des process et des guides métier (arrivages, départ, transit, infrastructures…). Garantir la gestion des infrastructures. Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs QSE et leur amélioration permanente. Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, de sûreté des biens et des personnes. Etre co-garant (avec le DA) du respect des process Santé Sécurité LoB et région (analyses AT, tour de quai, accueil sécurité, pilotage sinistralité routière…) Réaliser des tours de quai au même titre que les managers opérationnels de l'agence Evaluer les fournisseurs et mettre en œuvre un plan d'actions correctives, le cas échéant.
