Special Working Conditions
Need to be comfortable with working in a fast paced and multi skilled environment where daily tasks will vary and is target driven to meet customer deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training
•	English speaking and can undertake training to understand processes and Health &amp; Safety briefs etc
•	Need to be able to understand company documents and customer picking sheets etc

Preferred Experience and Knowledge
•	Previous warehouse experience

•	Track hours within their team to allow accurate allocation by the Shift Manager
•	Lead employees / temps within the DC to provide excellent customer service

Essential Education and/ or Training
•	Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution centre experience
•	1 year of supervisory experience preferred
•	GCSE's in Maths, English and Science (grades A to C)

•	Ability to read and write simple instructions, memos, and reports
•	Assist in providing ideas to improve their team's function
•	Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided by written, oral or diagram form
