Key Activities / Accountabilities 

•	Work safely at all times following all company Health &amp; Safety procedures
•	Report any near misses, accidents or Health &amp; Safety concerns immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
•	Picking and packing customer orders using hand scanners and labelling boxes
•	Report any quality issues or damages immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
•	Loading and unloading vehicles
•	Wrapping pallets for despatch or put away
•	Rework and customization of customer orders
•	Checking returns and repacking products
•	Checking off inbound deliveries, labelling and repalletizing
•	Scanning stock away in to pallet and shelving locations
•	Stock counting
•	Stock replenishment and consolidation
•	Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times and clean as you go
•	Follow all company policies, procedures and SOP's as per your training
•	Only use equipment you have been trained to use and follow all SSOW procedures when using them
•	Maintain high productivity rates whilst ensuring quality is not affected
•	Training on new processes, equipment and contracts as required
•	Complete remedial training to improve any quality or productivity concerns as required
•	Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
•	Share your improvement ideas and be rewarded
Special Working Conditions
Need to be comfortable with working in a fast paced and multi skilled environment where daily tasks will vary and is target driven to meet customer deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training
•	English speaking and can undertake training to understand processes and Health &amp; Safety briefs etc
•	Need to be able to understand company documents and customer picking sheets etc
•	A good level of numeracy to ensure quality is maintained and work is completed right first time
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
•	Previous warehouse experience
•	Used to working in a multi skilled environment and learning new processes
•	Ability to follow agreed warehouse processes and procedures
•	Hold a counterbalance or reach truck licence or be willing to be trained as required

Coordinar y administrar los recursos humanos y materiales para optimizar la operación diaria. 

Retroalimentar oportunamente a los equipos de trabajo sobre sus áreas de oportunidad. 

Sugerir mejoras de los procesos operativos. 

Actualizar los registros de operación, productividades, márgenes de error para mejorar o reconocer al personal a cargo.

Position is responsible for validation/audit of carriers' invoices in order to ensure that rate chargers are correct ending at approval of billing process. Apart from that, position is responsible to preauthorize value which can be charged to the customer by carrier.
Controlling suppliers' invoices based on defined invoice control process
Understanding all types of the costs in international and domestic air, road, sea transport
Validating and release of supplier service report
Analysing suppliers' invoices and calculation of variances on incurred costs
Analysing and challenging all associated costs occurred by carrier's or 3PL's personnel 
Ability to analyse, compare and recommend the cost efficient transport
Following up on billing issues, disputes and missing information with suppliers and all other relevant parties in the process and tracking service provided 
Accepting, blocking or rejecting invoices
Tracking &amp; managing credits / debits
Approving billing process
Reporting regularly on missing invoices by transaction/ service to all relevant parties in the process
Presenting and reporting regularly on services performed and open issues to all relevant parties in the process
Generating final customer service report
Performing accrual vs actual volumes variation analysis
Ensuring periodical reporting of supplier invoice quality to all relevant parties in the process
Analysing and improving invoicing control process
Support internal/external parties for related audits and business control.
Ensure that invoices are audited on time with high quality level
Participate in creation and compliance of ABC program (Anti-Bribe and Corruption) 
Ensure that all types of costs associated with international Road, Sea, Air transport are recognized, recorded and analyzed 
Responsible for mapping cost in distribution network, as well as creation of alternative routes scenarios
Responsible that savings are delivered in line with target
Reporting any deviations following the agreed process &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Advanced English language
Advanced MS Office&lt;br /&gt;
