Nous recherchons un(e) exploitant(e) pour notre agence de Nantes (44). Rattaché au Directeur d'exploitation, vous avez pour principales missions d'affecter les moyens (humains et matériels) pour répondre aux demandes de transport (zone courte) dans une perspective d'optimisation et de rentabilité, tout en respectant les exigences de qualité et sécurité (RSE/QHSE). Vous serez chargé (e) : - Construire le plan de transport en veillant à optimiser les moyens humains et matériels; - Suivre le bon déroulement des prestations de transport - Assurer le suivi client; - Gérer et manager les équipes de conducteurs; - Faire respecter, contrôler les règles d'hygiènes-sécurité ainsi que les procédures internes ; - Calculer et optimiser la rentabilité ; - Assurer l'administratif et le reporting de l'activité (statistiques, indicateurs qualité …).

Diplômé d'un bac + 2 à Bac +3 d'une formation supérieure en Transport. Nous recherchons un opérationnel de terrain, dynamique, autonome, polyvalent et surtout vif d'esprit ayant une expérience solide d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et faites preuve des qualités indispensables à la fonction : réactivité, rigueur, force de propositions.

Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily Deliver a full suite of accredited MHE training (basic & refresher) to include all fleet on site Assist with all aspects of the operational training needs of the business Ensure the relevant authorisation to operate is in place for all trainees Ensure SOPs are up to date and contain relevant information and processes in accordance with current work processes Manage and control the training matrix for all colleagues Archive and upload online all relevant documents from training sessions Lead on the local operations and MHE assessment and training programmes, engaging with the workforce on on-going improvement training Support the Management team with the implementation of operation and MHE training, policies and procedures Create training plans to ensure all permanent, temporary and agency colleagues are refresher trained within appropriate timelines Coordinate with Managers and or Team Leaders to organise training schedules in line with operational requirements Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following defined SOP procedures and ensuring trainee are familiar with those SOPs as part of the training Maintain all MHE and MHE safety equipment onsite ensuring battery levels are at the optimum levels and perform regular audits on safety equipment operator compliance Lead employees to create a culture which encourages safe behaviour and environmental best practice Drive a safety culture whereby each team member operates with safety as the primary concern, and whereby safety challenges to colleagues are encouraged and developed Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in all areas of warehouse management Duties when not training or working on any additional duties provided by line manager are as below: Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries/shipments, demonstrating best practices for efficiency and safety Process, put away goods, pick and pack goods in a timely manner Proactively communicate with Managers about daily activities and obstacles Report any damage or missing goods to the warehouse management team Process Adherence Follow workplace Health and Safety rules when handling goods and report Hazards/Incidents Keep a clean and safe environment and optimise space utilisation Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the site at all times

• Basic English and Maths Education • Training certificate for MHE • Examiners/training course certification • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organisational and time management skills • Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills • Flexible attitude to work and hours • Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail • Previous warehouse experience • Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package programs • Must have a valid forklift license • Must possess a valid in date examiners/training certification • Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles and environments

Vous interviendrez donc auprès de nos équipes transports, logistique, sans oublier notre caisserie (menuiserie industrielle). Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'agence, vous occupez un poste à portée stratégique : vous pilotez le système Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement et accompagnez le déploiement des démarches QSE en lien direct avec le Directeur et les Responsables de Service. Votre mission ? Booster l'amélioration continue et garantir la performance QSE. Vos défis : • Accompagner les équipes dans la gestion QSE au quotidien ; • Agir sur le terrain : rondes sécurité, suivi des actions correctives, analyse des accidents ; • Animer réunions qualité et revues de processus ; • Préparer, organiser et accompagner les audits internes et externes ; • Contribuer à la qualité de vie au travail et à la réduction des risques ; • Piloter les projets d'amélioration et suivre les KPI clients ; • Déployer méthodes, outils d'analyse et reporting.
