Reporting to the Global Freight Forwarding Applications' Manager, within an international team, the application specialist's key responsibility is to document and keep an updated view of historical evolution of Registry & Security settings, workflows & documents with evidence of these having been aligned with the existing rules & principles. The main missions are : 1. Document within the TMS Application • Keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance • Maintain existing documents & support worldwide requesters for new document • Investigate ways to simplify the existing set ups • Ensure that critical pieces of workflows are duly accounted for by owners of regression test plans. 2. SQL Queries - CargowiseOne Data Base • Create simple & complex queries to support requests from process, management & technical teams • Support to the business: functional team from a setting standpoint, and support internal clients from an Application standpoint 3. Maintenance of the App Monitoring Hub • Maintain the existing functionalities (Edi flows, videos usage, WiseTech Invoice) • Create new dashboard

Qualifications for the position : • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with knowledge and/or interest in Application • Usage of macros excel, SQL Queries, ... • Dev Program : Language C Required Behavioral Competencies : • Pro-active, interested and solutions oriented. • Good analytical and conceptual skills • Good communication skills
