•	Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
•	Implement and monitor HR policies, including Compensation &amp; Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and People Administration.
•	Develop and execute national HR strategies aligned with Group objectives and business needs.
•	Ensure compliance with labor laws and proactively monitor regulatory changes.
•	Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
•	Lead discussions and negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions.
•	Supervise all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
•	Align talent development initiatives with business goals and manage succession planning.
•	Advise management on HR issues, employment law, and employee welfare.
•	Drive change management initiatives and support organizational structure changes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, and in particular in a role as head of a payroll department.

•	Strong ability to manage payroll operations, as well as plan, allocate, and monitor operational budgets and workforce resources.
•	Proven skills in supporting organizational change, communicating effectively, and minimizing resistance during transitions.
•	Expertise in labor relations, including negotiating with unions, managing collective bargaining, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•	Proficient in leveraging HR systems, tools, and databases, and in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Regular business trips to Slovakia.&lt;br /&gt;

Based in Czech Republic, in Pribram, as the QHSE Officer across our sites in Slovakia and Czech Republic, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement in all matters related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSE), as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You will work closely with site directors and operational teams to promote a safe, sustainable, and socially responsible workplace.

Main Responsibilities:
•	Ensure ongoing regulatory monitoring and compliance for all HSE matters.
•	Oversee and annually update HSE risk assessments; support Site Directors in implementing corrective action plans.
•	Define and optimize processes to ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.
•	Ensure the coordination of local QHSE Management Systems to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and drive their continuous improvement.
•	Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key QHSE performance indicators.
•	Lead the preparation and follow-up of QHSE audits (internal and external).
•	Support operational teams in analyzing workplace accidents and provide safety expertise when necessary.
•	Advise and support the launch of new activities requiring specialized QHSE expertise.
•	Drive CSR initiatives, including but not limited to: 
o	Promoting sustainable business practices and environmental stewardship on all sites.
o	Coordinating CSR awareness campaigns and staff training.
o	Monitoring and reporting on CSR KPIs, such as carbon footprint, waste reduction, and social impact.
o	Engaging with local communities and stakeholders to support company social responsibility goals.
o	Supporting the implementation of company Diversity &amp; Inclusion (D&amp;I) policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are a graduate for a Master in QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment;

You have at least 3 years' experience in the QSE field, ideally with knowledge of a transport activity.

Skills required :
•	Proven experience in QHSE management, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
•	Knowledge of CSR principles and practical application in an industrial/logistics environment.
•	Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•	Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Reporting to the Global Freight Forwarding Applications' manager, within an international team, the application specialist's key responsibility is to work within the TMS Application: CargoWise One – CW1.

The main missions are :

1. Documents within the TMS Application

• Maintain existing customized documents &amp; support worldwide requesters for new document
• Keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance
• Investigate ways to simplify the existing: challenge and propose new set ups
• Take part in the release management

2. Provide support within the TMS Application

• Create simple &amp; complex queries to support requests from process, management &amp; technical teams
• Operational &amp; technical reporting (SQL, Data Viz tools)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Candidat profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with knowledge and/or interest in Application
• Usage of macros excel, SQL Queries, (...) &amp; Dev program : Language C
