Geodis RT Reseau recherche un pilote de flux (H/F), pour rejoindre l'équipe du site de Compiègne 60, pour 1 CDD de 6 mois. Le pilote de flux est le point d'entrée opérationnel transport avec le client et le garant de l'application du plan transport. Il met en place des plans d'action pour améliorer la qualité de service et développer les parts de marché de Geodis RT. Les principales missions : -Contrôler la conformité des ordres de transport et les affecter selon le plan de transport défini. -Suivre la réalisation de la prestation grâce aux outils métiers et client afin de détecter les incidents. -Définir les solutions de contournement en cas d'aléas -S'assurer du respect du cahier des charges client. -Gérer les litiges et coordonner la relation client/sites de production Geodis. -Enregistrer les anomalies impactant les indicateurs clés définis avec le client. -Prise de rdv clients destinataires -Sécurisation du plan de transport -Mettre à jour les informations sur la prestation dans les outils métiers -Analyser la performance, proposer et suivre un plan d'action d'amélioration -Réaliser le reporting de l'activité -Animer les comités de pilotage du client -Appliquer à son niveau et avec les moyens dont il dispose la politique STS (Satisfaction Totale), en prenant en compte les aspects sûreté et sécurité, ainsi que la RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale d'Entreprise) de Geodis RT Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome, fiable. Connaissance souhaitée des métiers et règlementation du transport routier de marchandises et de la logistique. La maitrise de l'anglais serait un plus.
