•	Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
•	Implement and monitor HR policies, including Compensation &amp; Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and People Administration.
•	Develop and execute national HR strategies aligned with Group objectives and business needs.
•	Ensure compliance with labor laws and proactively monitor regulatory changes.
•	Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
•	Lead discussions and negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions.
•	Supervise all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
•	Align talent development initiatives with business goals and manage succession planning.
•	Advise management on HR issues, employment law, and employee welfare.
•	Drive change management initiatives and support organizational structure changes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, and in particular in a role as head of a payroll department.

•	Strong ability to manage payroll operations, as well as plan, allocate, and monitor operational budgets and workforce resources.
•	Proven skills in supporting organizational change, communicating effectively, and minimizing resistance during transitions.
•	Expertise in labor relations, including negotiating with unions, managing collective bargaining, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•	Proficient in leveraging HR systems, tools, and databases, and in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Regular business trips to Czech Republic.

Salary (gross) : 2750€ - 3000€ monthly, 10% variable compensation based on objectives, company car&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Minimum level of education required : &lt;/b&gt;ORDINARY NATIONAL DIPLOMA (OND) / HNC /HND OR EQUIVALENT&lt;br /&gt;
