•	To provide 1st level technical support for all types of in-house repair work and manage facility maintenance of warehouses, offices, and buildings.

•	To liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works.

•	To ensure strong support and prompt response were given to works raised by stakeholders.

•	To perform troubleshooting for all M&amp;E issues for all the warehouses, offices and buildings. 

•	To perform building A&amp;A works and provide technical advise and training to subcontractors, if necessary.

•	To perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, electricity meter readings, recording and sourcing for quotations for facility related matters.

•	Domestic travel required

•	Must be contactable via mobile or other means during office hours, and occasionally outside office hours.

•	Adhere to Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	3-5 years of working experience or more as Technician in Facility management, estate management or related disciplines
•	Strong hands-on technical skills in Coldroom, Mechanical and Electrical and Building Works
•	Familiar in handing and taking over of premises&lt;br /&gt;

•	Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory;

Network Strategy &amp; Management
• Define Network Strategy in cooperation with Charter Network that enables long-term growth plans
• Continuously review network assets and infrastructure (gateways, hubs and feeder services) to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to the internal and external customer
• Develop short-term network plans (commercial / scheduled charter) within Network Strategy to react on market conditions/requirements

Capacity Planning and Management 
• Liaise with Charter Network the availability of capacity at costs and supports reaching the margin targets defined
• Coordinate with Regional Airfreight or Trade-lane Management to procure additional capacity to supplement existing capacity requirements
•	Optimisation of profitability / co-loader markets
•	Manage, optimise &amp; monitor internal contacts, SOP (process) / SLA (KPIs) 

Procurement Strategy
• Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution
• Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the procurement planning process.

Carrier Selection and Contracting
• Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
• Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
• Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
• Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives

Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
• Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards &amp; Governance
• Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
• Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
• Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers 

Procurement Performance Management &amp; Carrier Incentive Management
• Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards

General &amp; Revenue Management
• Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions
Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls
• Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost)
Participate in joint customer visits
Development of consolidation ratio – report / dashboard
Setup fixed cost for mid and long term in cooperation with the country teams&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics
• 5-10 years of work experience (minimum)
• 5-10 years of overall industry experience (minimum)
• 5-10 years of experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training &amp; development, coaching, conflict and performance management (minimum)
• 5-10 years of experience in Logistics procurement (minimum)
• International working experience preferred
• CargoWise Knowledge is a plus
