Sealogis France recherche son Assistant comptable H/F pour rejoindre son équipe comptabilité fournisseurs au Havre en CDD. Rattaché(e) au responsable du service, vos missions seront : - Paiement des fournisseurs (via système comptable et bancaire) - Saisie de factures fournisseurs « métier » - Comptabilisation de factures de frais généraux - Comptabilisation des écritures de trésorerie (virements, chèques, prélèvements) - Gestion des contrats d'abonnements comptables avec FNP/CCA - Participation aux tâches relatives aux services généraux (standard, accueil, dépannages, …) - Communication et relations courantes avec les Opérateurs de Transit pour l'animation du workflow des factures en circulation - Suivi des litiges avec les fournisseurs et les Opérateurs de Transit

Vous serez rattaché(e) à Anne Marie, notre Responsable Exploitation, au sein de notre agence de Cahors composée d'environ 17 collaborateurs. Vos missions seront : Exploitation opérationnelle : • Faire le point avec les conducteurs à leur retour de tournée et saisir dans notre outil informatique toute anomalie rencontrée. • Valider avec les conducteurs les éléments renseignés dans l'outil de suivi des livraisons et des enlèvements. • Vérifier la bonne saisie des enlèvements réalisés par nos conducteurs. • Saisir manuellement les ordres de transport en cas de non-remontée automatique. Qualité & suivi matériel : • Animer et suivre les indicateurs qualité en lien avec les managers, proposer des plans d'actions correctifs si besoin. • Assurer, dans notre outil informatique, le suivi des activités infrastructures (contrôles site…). • Effectuer le suivi du matériel et des véhicules, et vérifier leur bon état. Support quotidien : • Accompagner et seconder la Responsable Exploitation dans ses missions quotidiennes.

Votre profil : • Formation Bac+2/Bac+3 en transport/logistique (école type ISTELI ou équivalent). • Forte appétence pour le terrain, curiosité et polyvalence. • Esprit d'équipe, sens du relationnel et goût pour le travail collaboratif. • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels métiers…). • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'initiative. • Première expérience dans le secteur du transport/logistique appréciée.
