Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
Deliver a full suite of accredited MHE training (basic &amp; refresher) to include all fleet on site

Ensure SOPs are up to date and contain relevant information and processes in accordance with current work processes
Manage and control the training matrix for all colleagues

Support the Management team with the implementation of operation and MHE training, policies and procedures
Create training plans to ensure all permanent, temporary and agency colleagues are refresher trained within appropriate timelines
Coordinate with Managers and or Team Leaders to organise training schedules in line with operational requirements
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following defined SOP procedures and ensuring trainee are familiar with those SOPs as part of the training
Maintain all MHE and MHE safety equipment onsite ensuring battery levels are at the optimum levels and perform regular audits on safety equipment operator compliance
Lead employees to create a culture which encourages safe behaviour and environmental best practice
Drive a safety culture whereby each team member operates with safety as the primary concern, and whereby safety challenges to colleagues are encouraged and developed
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in all areas of warehouse management

Duties when not training or working on any additional duties provided by line manager are as below:
Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries/shipments, demonstrating best practices for efficiency and safety
Process, put away goods, pick and pack goods in a timely manner
Proactively communicate with Managers about daily activities and obstacles
Report any damage or missing goods to the warehouse management team

Follow workplace Health and Safety rules when handling goods and report Hazards/Incidents
Keep a clean and safe environment and optimise space utilisation
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Missions principales :
- Assister le Directeur des Affaires Publiques dans la définition et le déploiement de la stratégie de communication institutionnelle aux États-Unis, ainsi que dans les relations avec les entreprises françaises implantées localement.
- Planifier et organiser des événements officiels en collaboration avec la Présidente américaine.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec l'Ambassade de France, les services consulaires et les acteurs de la diplomatie économique.
- Mettre à jour et gérer les bases de données de contacts institutionnels et de lobbying.
- Soutenir la Présidente US dans ses interactions avec les autorités gouvernementales et instances réglementaires.
- Contribuer aux actions de lobbying visant à promouvoir les intérêts de l'entreprise auprès des décideurs publics et des entreprises françaises présentes aux États-Unis.
- Renforcer les liens avec les gestionnaires d'infrastructures stratégiques (ports, aéroports, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

•	Has expert theoretical knowledge of distribution concepts as well as knowledge of best practices in the area of warehousing. 
•	Working knowledge of Warehouse Management systems &amp; processes MS Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel,
•	5 years' experience as a supervisor or relevant role in Warehousing and/or Manufacturing area
• Order Fulfillment and Shipment 
• Process Management 
• Planning and Scheduling
•	Hazardous material certification 

•	Strong leadership skills, with experience managing people and developing teams.
•	Experience using SAP to manage inventory and logistics.
•	Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•	Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•	Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
•	Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
•	Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•	Self-starter and excellent organization skills to be able to handle multiple activities and prioritize work.

•	Heavy equipment lifting and movement experience. 
•	Experience in Process Improvement implementation
