The Freight Forwarder arranges shipments and sends freight cargo as efficiently as possible while taking costs, quality and lead time into account. The Freight Forwarder also has an advising role and thinks of ways to enhance freight shipments. Key Activities / Accountabilities; Providing services to customers in accordance with SLA, SOP or other contractual obligations • Participates in the execution of operational activities; • Ensure independent execution of freight forwarding activities; • Set objectives and priorities using knowledge and ability to make profitable business decisions; • Book shipments and distribute information into files and calculate charges; • Negotiate and discuss buying rates on shipment level; • Enter all charges & profit shares; • Close file, print airway bills (AWB), pass invoices & credit notes; • Post information in the various IT systems (Next Gen, G360, Fiton, etc.) timely & correctly. Strengthen internal network with other sites. Production : • Effectuer les opérations de lavage intérieur des citernes, lavage des GRV et lavage des flexibles. • Prendre en charge les prises d'échantillons en vue du contrôle de la qualité de l'eau. • Effectuer les branchements sur les systèmes de réchauffage (si la station en est équipée) et surveiller les opérations. • Récupérer les égouttures de la citerne. • Alerter lorsque le matériel est défectueux. • Réaliser en enregistrer les contrôles relatifs à l'équipement (chaufferie). • Proposer des actions pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de la station de traitement. QHSE • Veiller au respect des instructions et des différents modes opératoires du Manuel Lavage. • Respecter et faire respecter le port des Equipements de Protection Individuels, les consignes de sécurité ainsi que les règles de sûreté de la station. • Appliquer à son niveau et avec les moyens dont il dispose la politique STS (Satisfaction Totale des parties prenantes) et RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale d'Entreprise) de Geodis.<br /><br /> Ce poste ne nécessite pas de profil prédéfini, nous vous rencontrerons lors d'un entretien pour évaluer votre motivation.
