Job Purpose: To provide required maintenance and ensure full availability of IT software and hardware. Act as the main contact between the warehouse and the central IT department for all IT-related matters, including the management of IT tickets. Responsible for maintaining all IT materials in proper working condition and configuring parameters in IT tools (such as WMS, user profiles, reports, etc.).
