Vous interviendrez donc auprès de nos équipes transports, logistique, sans oublier notre caisserie (menuiserie industrielle). Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'agence, vous occupez un poste à portée stratégique : vous pilotez le système Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement et accompagnez le déploiement des démarches QSE en lien direct avec le Directeur et les Responsables de Service. Votre mission ? Booster l'amélioration continue et garantir la performance QSE. Vos défis : • Accompagner les équipes dans la gestion QSE au quotidien ; • Agir sur le terrain : rondes sécurité, suivi des actions correctives, analyse des accidents ; • Animer réunions qualité et revues de processus ; • Préparer, organiser et accompagner les audits internes et externes ; • Contribuer à la qualité de vie au travail et à la réduction des risques ; • Piloter les projets d'amélioration et suivre les KPI clients ; • Déployer méthodes, outils d'analyse et reporting.

Votre profil : Proactif(ve), curieux(se), rigoureux(se), avec un vrai esprit d'équipe et d'analyse. À l'aise sur le terrain et en communication, vous fédérez autour des objectifs QSE. Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Collaboration Applications Owner to lead the delivery and integration of collaborative digital solutions within GEODIS. This role will be critical in driving a transversal management of our collaborative assets. This will cover both the optimization of key platforms such as Microsoft 365 or the Atlassian stack and the implementation of new ones such as the Group's ECM (Enterprise Content Management) system or DAP (Digital Adoption Platform). The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the efficient deployment and support of these tools to enhance productivity, process harmonization and communication across all departments. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of collaborative platforms, focusing on the Microsoft 365 suite, ECM systems, and Atlassian stack. Set up Roadmaps for each of these platform ensuring alignment with the Group's digital strategy and business goals. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their needs, propose effective solutions, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle. Project Management: Lead multiple cross-functional projects to deploy or enhance collaboration tools, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Manage risks and set appropriate mitigation plans. Set the appropriate governance to ensure topics follow up and decision making Adoption and Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption and ensure smooth change management across all levels of the organization. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the usage of collaboration tools, identifying opportunities for improvements, new functionalities, and process optimizations. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to manage licenses, contracts, and service levels for the delivery of Microsoft 365, ECM, and Atlassian solutions. Governance and Security: Ensure that all collaboration tools comply with the company's security, privacy, and compliance policies, working closely with the IT security and compliance teams Communication : Ensure regular and formalized communication and reporting on roadmaps, on going projects and activities. Budget : Ensure budget forecast and capacity management People Management : Coordinate people activities, Define individual and collective objectives, Support people to make them succeeding in their respective missions

Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or delivery, with a focus on collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, ECM, Atlassian). Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems Hands-on experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration technologies Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex, multinational environment. Objectives of this role As part of the Group Datalayer team within the Digital Business Platforms department, and reporting to the Datalayer Service Manager, you will ensure that the whole stack delivers the expected service with the right SLA. Working closely with the Operations team, you will run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health You will improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions that make up the Datalayer stack You will measure and optimise system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement You provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications You will provide technical oversight and ensure that the Datalayer stack is state of the art and follows all best practices. Responsibilities You will work with the Operations team to help build the automation processes for installing, updating, upgrading and scaling the Datalayer stack. Help collect and interpret metrics from applications to support performance tuning and troubleshooting You will improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures using the Group DevSecOps framework. Participate in system design consulting, platform management and capacity planning Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts You have FinOps acculturation and intend to make the best choice at the better cost

Required skills and qualifications You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline you have experience with modern data stack and data platform You are an IaC and automation evangelist You have the ability to program using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Yaml, Ansible & Terraform (Scala & SQL as a bonus) Ideally, you have experience with distributed storage technologies such as Cloudera, Starburst, Dataiku, Kafka, Confluent, Hive, or Spark, as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn) Understand public cloud concepts, as our Datalayer is hosted on hyperscalers You have a proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
