Your primary customers are our internal air offices, but you also maintain ongoing contact with airlines, terminals, trucking companies, and our agents around the world. The team is part of a large global network and has many points of contact both internally and externally. Main responsibilities: - Develop relationships and business with existing customers and suppliers. - Manage shipments and projects from inquiry all the way to invoicing. - Be responsible for customer contact and follow-up via phone and visits. - Respond to supplier and customer inquiries. - Contribute to the team's development and improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.<br /><br /> We believe you have several years of experience in freight forwarding and it is highly beneficial if you have worked with project logistics and special transports before. The team works with sea, air, and road transport, so it is an advantage if you have worked with several modes of transport.
