Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, PMP certification preferred).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with software solutions for Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Business Intelligence is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Risk Management Skills: Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks effectively.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst (Cash Application) is responsible for ensuring the accurate

1. Payment Application &amp; Account Reconciliation
Process and apply incoming payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards) to customer

Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately
recorded.
2. Exception Handling &amp; Discrepancy Resolution
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and
customers.
Research and apply remittance details to ensure accurate payment posting.
Escalate unresolved issues to management and support resolution with relevant stakeholders.
3. Process Optimization &amp; Compliance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the cash application process, including
automation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the credit and collections team to ensure proper cash allocation and dispute
resolution.
Communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and customer service
teams, to facilitate accurate payment processing.
Support country-specific finance teams during transitions to the Shared Services Center
(SSC).
5. Reporting &amp; Performance Monitoring
Generate and analyze reports on unapplied cash, payment trends, and discrepancies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as processing time, accuracy, and unapplied
cash reduction.

Dans le cadre d'un Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE), nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) des affaires publiques pour rejoindre notre équipe aux États-Unis. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) fera preuve de dynamisme, de rigueur et d'excellentes compétences en communication. Il/elle jouera un rôle clé dans la représentation institutionnelle de l'entreprise, le lobbying et la coordination avec les parties prenantes locales et françaises. Ce contrat V.I.E est ouvert aux candidats H/F âgés de 18 à 28 ans, ressortissants de l'Espace Économique Européen (EEE).

Missions principales :
- Assister le Directeur des Affaires Publiques dans la définition et le déploiement de la stratégie de communication institutionnelle aux États-Unis, ainsi que dans les relations avec les entreprises françaises implantées localement.
- Planifier et organiser des événements officiels en collaboration avec la Présidente américaine.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec l'Ambassade de France, les services consulaires et les acteurs de la diplomatie économique.
- Mettre à jour et gérer les bases de données de contacts institutionnels et de lobbying.
- Soutenir la Présidente US dans ses interactions avec les autorités gouvernementales et instances réglementaires.
- Contribuer aux actions de lobbying visant à promouvoir les intérêts de l'entreprise auprès des décideurs publics et des entreprises françaises présentes aux États-Unis.
- Renforcer les liens avec les gestionnaires d'infrastructures stratégiques (ports, aéroports, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Compétences requises :
- Excellente maîtrise de la communication écrite et orale en anglais.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion des affaires publiques et des réseaux sociaux.
