Rattaché(e) au Responsable Affrètement, vous recherchez pour le compte de clients des solutions de transports optimales, dans le respect des normes (coûts, qualités et délais) définies par l'entreprise. Vous gérez les prestations depuis leur négociation avec le sous-traitant jusqu'au suivi de leur réalisation. Pour cela vous devrez : • Réceptionner les demandes des clients, analyser le besoin, la faisabilité du projet et faire une proposition (tarifs / délais), • Sélectionner les sous-traitants pour réaliser les prestations et transmettre les instructions nécessaires, • Organiser les opérations d'enlèvement, d'acheminement et de distribution en veillant à leur bon déroulement (respect des règles de qualité, de sécurité, de respect des exigences du client), • Entretenir la relation client au travers de contacts téléphoniques permanents afin de développer le portefeuille, • Assurer le suivi de la réalisation des prestations et gérer les incidents se produisant lors de leur déroulement, • Contrôler la conformité des dossiers d'affrètement (conformation de l'émargement, …).

Vous justifiez d'une solide expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le domaine du transport. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité, votre rigueur, votre organisation ainsi que votre capacité à prendre des décisions. Votre maîtrise des techniques commerciales tout en ayant le sens client et le goût du challenge vous permettent d'atteindre les objectifs fixés. La maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques (EXCEL, CRM, PPT,…) est indispensable.
