Le Groupe GEODIS compte 5 Lines of Business. Au sein de la Région IDF, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Line of Business "Distribution & Express", regroupant les activités de Messagerie et d'Express sur la Région parisienne et départements avoisinants. Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable camionnage, vous intégrerez l'agence de Paris Ney, au sein d'une équipe de 5 superviseurs, vous animerez fonctionnellement une équipe de conducteurs afin d'organiser, de piloter et de contrôler le déroulement des opérations de livraison et d'enlèvement des marchandises sur votre secteur. Votre rôle sera de garantir le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et la conformité des opérations avec les objectifs de qualité, de productivité et de sécurité. En outre, vous contribuerez à la satisfaction client et à la bonne image du Groupe dans le respect des réglementations applicables. A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes : 1- GESTION OPÉRATIONNELLE : 1) PRÉPARATION & MISE EN PLACE DES TOURNÉES - Participer au Géocodage quotidien. - Sur la base du débriefing de la veille et des différents reporting, préparer les tournées : o en contrôlant le bon déroulement des opérations de chargement pour les départs en tournée, o en prenant en compte la relivraison des colis en souffrance, o en respectant les objectifs de performance, o en utilisant les outils d'ordonnancement, o en choisissant le jeu de tournée adapté à l'activité de la journée. - Répartir le travail entre les conducteurs et leur donner les informations nécessaires à la bonne exécution de la tournée ; - Réaliser quotidiennement le Top Conducteur ; - Contrôler la gestion des palettes Europe. 2) DÉROULEMENT DES TOURNÉES - Contrôler et renseigner le statut des OT non mis en livraison dans le TMS ; - Superviser les tournées en temps réel ; - Traiter les anomalies remontées par les conducteurs en cours de tournée. 3) RETOUR DES TOURNÉES - Superviser sur son secteur les activités en lien avec le retour des tournées (sur son créneau horaire) ; - En dehors de son créneau horaire, se coordonner avec les exploitants camionnage en charge du retour de ses tournées. 2- MANAGEMENT : - Définir les objectifs de l'équipe et l'ensemble des moyens (financiers, humains, techniques) nécessaires à leur atteinte ; - Piloter l'adéquation des moyens humains et matériels et mettre en adéquation les besoins de l'activité et les ressources ; - S'assurer du développement des compétences des équipes et s'assurer de la continuité de l'activité ; - Être garant du respect des réglementations en vigueur, notamment sociale. 3- QSE : - Superviser sur son secteur la bonne application des processus de qualité, de sureté et de sécurité, le bon entretien et fonctionnement des matériels, le respect de la propreté des zones de travail et la gestion des infrastructures ; - Optimiser l'ensemble des indicateurs de son activité (qualité, productivité, rentabilité)

Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur une fonction similaire au cœur d'un environnement opérationnel du secteur du transport. Efficace et organisé(e), vous possédez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit de synthèse. Vos connaissances en termes de législation au sein du secteur du transport ont pu être éprouvées et vos compétences à piloter une équipe sont avérées et reconnues. Votre capacité d'adaptation vous permet de mener à bien vos challenges et vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, d'esprit d'équipe et d'autonomie dans votre travail.
