• Minimum 5 years' experience with documented sales record • Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry • Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences • Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office etc • Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts • Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting for groups 2-3 people • Knowledge of Geodis tools • Knowledge of company goals and strategies • Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts • Basic sales techniques and negotiation skills • Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting to groups 2-3 people • Knowledge of Geodis Singapore tools • Knowledge of company goals and strategies • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Highly proficient in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

1) Maintain shipment logs, prepare and handle shipping paperwork and documentation; 2) Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments with the service standards of company procedure & customer SOP; 3) File the airway bill and manifest; 4) Input data for each air freight movement into the computer system; 5) Coordinate with warehouse co-workers to facilitate the movement of the freight including pallet arrangement and relevant paperwork; 6) Send pre-alert and relevant messages to appropriate parties; 7) Trace airway bill copies from sub-loaders; 8) Prepare the invoice of consolidated shipments to various co-loading accounts. 9) Shift duty at night is required.

- Form 5 standard or above - 3 years working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry - Holder of a valid Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate preferred - Knowledge of Hong Kong Customs Regulations - Good command of English & Chinese - Accurate typing - Basic computer knowledge required to perform data entry, handle of email routine and access to intranets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the following activities, in compliance with regional and company guidelines: The scope of the tests covers operations managed by Customer's service providers (LLPs, LSPs etc.), who will provide supporting documentation and evidence to support the testing process. The tests are named: • Imports • Exports • Classification • Post Entry Adjustments (PEA) Analysis The compliance testing includes also the following activities: • Obtain universe and supporting documentation from operation team • Perform compliance tests according to test requirement • Report operational process defects to the responsible LSP/Vendors for root cause analysis and follow up remediation with operation team. • Report compliance testing results to Customer on a periodic basis • Act as a responsible party for test results communication and error remediation with Geodis operation and client control tower. • Provide Customer all data and/or documentation required to support the monthly validation of compliance testing. • Support Customer in taking action to eliminate the root cause of all incorrect test results identified during validation by Customer (incorrect test result = Geodis failed to identify a defect which was subsequently identified during validation by Customer). • Support periodic Customer internal and Government audits and reviews as mutually agreed with Customer, relating only to activities performed by the Geodis in OMS Trade Compliance Support. • Provide analytic reports for test related per request of internal customer and external customer.
